This newsletter concentrates on my discoveries on a winter photo trip through the Mojave Desert to photograph ghost towns, down in southeastern California. Some of these ghost towns were rusting ruins and some of them have been restored. I limited my travels to paved roads, even though the desert’s unpaved dirt tracks would have led me to many more subjects for my camera.
